Today in Discovery we spent time ordering breakfast cereals based on which ones we though were the healthiest to the least healthy (based on sugar content).  We then read the labels on the packaging and re-arranged the order based on sugar content.  We were amazed to learn that cereals are full of so much sugar and that Sultana Bran has SO much sugar in it.
HOW MUCH SUGAR IN THE CEREALS THAT YOU EAT EACH DAY?
